Precautions

- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew.
- Inform your doctor if you have liver disease or are taking other medications.
- Long-term use should only be under medical supervision, as it may increase the risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, low magnesium levels, and bone fractures.
