PANPEP-DSR Capsule is a prescription medicine used to treat acidity, heartburn, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and indigestion. It combines a proton pump inhibitor with a medicine that improves stomach emptying and helps relieve nausea.
Composition
- Pantoprazole 40 mg – Reduces stomach acid production.
- Domperidone 30 mg (Sustained Release) – Improves stomach motility and helps relieve nausea and vomiting.

Precautions
- Take 30–60 minutes before food, preferably before breakfast.
- Swallow the capsule whole; do not crush or chew it.
- Inform your doctor if you have liver disease, kidney disease, heart rhythm disorders, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not use for longer than prescribed, as prolonged use may increase the risk of vitamin B12 deficiency and low magnesium levels.
